Modular construction and easy access to all interior assemblies make the DataMaster™ the industry's most serviceable instrument, dramatically reducing service cost and downtime. An experienced technician can disassemble, clean, reassemble, and recalibrate a DataMaster in just over one hour, in the field.

National Patent offers factory service with an average one week turnaround time. Or, you can use your nearest factory authorized service center. Our staff of experts are normally available from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday to provide free, unlimited technical support via telephone.

Our customized training service ranges from basic operator and technician training to an approved service center level. We can give you the confidence and expertise to service your own program at any desired (or required) level of competence.
