Easy access to all interior assemblies makes the DMT™ the industry's most serviceable instrument, dramatically reducing service cost and downtime. An experienced technician can disassemble, clean, reassemble, and recalibrate a DMT in just over one hour, in the field.
NPAS offers factory service with an average one week turnaround time. Customers can also use the nearest factory authorized service center. Our staff of technicians and engineers are normally available from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday to provide free, unlimited technical support via telephone.
Our customized training service ranges from basic operator and technician training to an approved service center level. We can give you the confidence and expertise to service your own program at any desired (or required) level of competence.
